Growing up and even as an adult, I was often the person that others turned to when they needed to talk. I am a great listener and very good at keeping a secret. I have always done things in my own time, so it took me a while to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up. However, once I began working as a mental health clinician, I knew I had finally found what I was meant to be doing and I haven’t looked back since.

I have been working as a therapist since 2015 after I graduated from Bellevue University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling. I worked in a counseling agency for over four years before deciding to start my own practice in 2019.

I have been working as a psychologist since 2022 after I graduated from Capella University with a Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD).

Cooper

Cooper is currently in training to become a certified therapy dog. I adopted him from a shelter in January 2024 when he was just under one year old. As far as I know, he is a labrador retriever and golden retriever mix. He is ready to be friends with just about anyone who is willing to give him attention, pets, or treats.
